Mango lassi

Lassi can be salty, sweet, minty or fruity. A mango lassi is like a yogurt-based milkshake.

  • Ingredients
    • 2 cups chopped mango
    • ½ cup whole-milk yogurt
    • ½ cup coconut milk or whole milk
    • 1 teaspoon lime juice
    • 1 teaspoon honey
    • Pinch of cardamom (optional)
    • Crushed ice (optional)
  • Method
    1. Simply blend all the ingredients.
    2. Add the cardamom into the blend, or sprinkle a little on top to taste.
