Smoothies enable extraction of vitamins and minerals from raw vegetables or fruit. This tangy combination is also very tasty.


  • Ingredients
    • 1 orange, peeled and roughly chopped
    • 1 large carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
    • 2 sticks celery
    • 50g mango, peeled and roughly chopped
    • 200ml water

    Simply blend the ingredients and drink.
