Green glory

You can experiment with a variety of leafy greens in smoothies, but the mild flavour of raw spinach makes it a popular choice. It’s also packed with nutrients.


  • Ingredients
    • 1 banana
    • 150g green grapes
    • 1 tub full-fat vanilla yoghurt
    • ½ apple, cored and chopped
    • 50g fresh spinach leaves
  • Method

    Simply blend the ingredients and drink.
